We approach recruitment a little differently. No fixed fees, payment for placements or databases here.
We take the time to understand your business and the type of people you need for optimum performance before tailoring a bespoke solution. If it takes three hours to find the candidate, that’s all you pay. If we find two great people and you want them both, there is no extra change.  We have a vested interest in getting it right because we'll be with them on every step of their journey with you.
